Terms and Conditions of Hire

1. Hire is for a minimum of six months.
2. Payment for the six month hire period must be paid at time of initial hire.
3. The Hirer has read and agreed to the 'Care Conditions'
4. If after the initial six month hire, the Hirer wishes to return the instrument, the cost of any necessary repairs required will be charged at cost.
5. Until such time as the six months hire has been completed, the instrument remains the property of Turning Pointe Music.
6. Turning Pointe Music will provide routine maintenance free of charge during the hire period. This does not include repairs, string replacement or any other work not regarded by Turning Pointe Music as routine.
7. The Hirer agrees to inform Turning Pointe Music by email of any changes to the details supplied on this form.
8. If the instrument is lost or damaged beyond economical repair the Hirer agrees to pay the full value of the instrument as detailed above.
9. Any insurance cover for such an eventuality is the responsibility of the Hirer.
10. Should the Hirer wish to buy the hired instrument, 100% of the hire cost may be offset against the purchase price of the instrument.
11. A passport copy including Residence Visa of the hirer is required.
